Custom is for operators who want a system designed around how their specific business runs, deployed on infrastructure managed by Oz on your behalf, and handed back to them to manage inside the platform. Not a subscription to shared software. A build.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

  • Scoping call and diagnostic. We walk through your operation, identify the highest- leverage workflows to automate or replace, and scope the build together.
  • System design and architecture. Custom-built for your workflows, data model, integrations, and constraints. No templates.
  • Private deployment. Every engagement runs on infrastructure isolated to your business, managed end-to-end by Oz.
  • Private AI. Every model, agent, and workflow runs inside your engagement's perimeter. No shared tenant, no third- party training on your data.
  • Retrieval-augmented generation. Full RAG setup against your own knowledge base, work product, or operational data.
  • Integrations with your existing systems. EMR, CRM, custodian, practice management, e-discovery, whatever you already run.
  • Handoff into the Oz platform. Everything we build is managed, evolved, and iterated on inside our macOS platform. You do not need a developer to change a workflow.

Agency is for design shops, dev teams, and small firms who want to use Oz as their internal build platform. Five seats, one shared credit pool, no per-model billing headaches.

  • Custom deployment on isolated infrastructure. Agency runs on Oz-managed shared infrastructure. If you need a dedicated build with private deployment, that is a Custom engagement.

Pro to Agency: upgrade at any time. Prorated billing. Your projects and history come with you.

Agency to Custom: not an upgrade, it is a different engagement. If your team's needs outgrow Agency (compliance requirements, private deployment, custom integrations), book a scoping call and we scope a Custom build.

Cancel anytime: no annual contracts on Pro or Agency. Cancel from your account and billing stops at the end of the current cycle. Custom engagements have their own contract terms scoped per build.
